Nope, can't see Naruto killing him. He values his friendship and bond with Sasuke too much and will probably try to find a way to still return Sasuke back to the village while making sure none of them die.
Even with an order to kill Sasuke, he wouldn't be able to go through it. He can't kill his best friend because of his bond with him and because Sasuke was one of the first who acknowledged him. So yeah, he'll probably try everything to keep Sasuke alive

Maybe or Maybe not. The possibilities are endless in the Naruto story. I already found out that Sasuke dies in the story.

This is a good summary of the old immature Naruto, the one Itachi called a child. A major reason Naruto broke down in the land of iron is that he was forced to recognize that Sasuke would never be allowed to return to the village (All his friends decided to kill him), and that he could not save Sasuke's life because he would always be a threat to the village. Naruto realized that Sasuke had to die, which is why he collapsed. Again, he gave his answer and we all read it. He is no longer so naive that he thinks everything can turn out rosy, and he understands that this is a burden that has no easy and simple solution.
