Will naruto return to the leaf alive as iruka asked in his letter?

I was wondering what you guys think cause as we know when naruto was still on the island he found out about the war via iruka who had no choice but to tell naruto cause naruto was already suspicious something was going on off the island and when iruka and the other guards failed to stop naruto leaving and naruto was on his way to war as he put his forehead protector on he found it letter hidden within it which iruka wrote for him if he failed to stop naruto from going off to war and in that letter iruka talks about how he sees naruto as his little brother and wants him to come back alive! so as the title suggests DO YOU GUYS THINK NARUTO WILL RETURN TO THE LEAF/IRUKA ALIVE?!.

At this point, with them killing certain characters off, I would not be surprised if the author made it so Naruto never made it back alive. :/ But it would be an epic end, I am sure, if Naruto was killed off.
