Now before anyone talks about Kaguya being the final villain and all, let me point to you all a few things!
1. The manga never stated that Kaguya used the infinite Tsukyomi, it stated that she used the Sharingan to manipulate people I.E. normal/basic Tsukyomi.
2. Kaguya wasn't necessarily evil, she was actually good. Humans back in the day were barbaric and warred all the time and Kaguya simply did anything and everything to end all war, which included eating the forbidden fruit and using force. People worshipped Kaguya as the Rabbit Goddess during her lifetime, but those who rebelled against her would be quashed and thus people at the same time feared her as a demon. Hagoromo himself stated this.
3. Given the events of the recent chapters, it has now been confirmed that Madara is entirely insidious (Stalking and ruining Obito's life for example) and has no intention of bringing peace amongst humanity, but simply wants to enslave humanity and rule it like a god.
4. Hagoromo's brother has yet to make an actual appearance (other than that cameo) and he might share a different point of view on his mother and her actions as well.

So far, we only know one side of Kaguya's story, that side of the story being from Hagoromo's view. Madara when he spoke of Kaguya, basically put her on a pedestal. However, we still don't know the full story of Kaguya and if Hagaromo's brother is to make an appearance (excluding that cameo of him), then he might shed some light on the story as well.
On top of that, it would be really awesome to see Naruto meet Kaguya at some point in the series soon, especially since she would be the one to explain her reasoning for her actions more than any other and we would get to hear the full story of how she came to be, where she came from, who Hagoromo's father was (if he has one), etc. The dialogue between the two would be really interesting to say the least! Hope it happens and soon!
