will naruto get the sword of nunoboko

Obito said that the sword was made by creating the material (from the black balls naruto has) and giving it shape (through the rinnegan) just like how the sage created the tailed beasts. Most likely Madara can use it but Naruto can't because he doesn't have the rinnegan. The only way he could get it is if Sasuke shaped the balls for him.

I Disagree because there's nine chakra balls in total representing the amount of bijuss. He has two of them formed as chakra rods or staffs if you wanna be clearer. it's show that he is holding two of the staffs and 7 chakra balls behind him. The chakra balls are made out of 4 chakra natures and that's what allows the balls to change shape and stretch.
