I think so naruto getting the rinnegan is awesome

I say no he wont get them he doesn't really need them. Maybe obito gives his eye to sasuke or sasuke. Breaks the curse of hatred and gets the rinnegan just some ideas.

With the last chapter I confirmed Naruto is the Sage of the Six Mouths. He doesn't need the Rinnegan, he has a bigger weapon available.
