Will Naruto ever fine out that Karin is part of the Uzumaki clan? I mean they're are kinda related to each other. So, it would be kinda make sense for him to eventually fine that out. They're both long distance cousins :O.

You, my friend, should read up on some simple genetics.

Of course, not all red heads are Uzumaki. Likewise, not all Uzumaki are redheads. I know it has said so in the manga, but its just clearly not true. Maybe it was translated wrong, or even just a typo.

But here is what we know. Naruto IS an Uzumaki (obvious is obvious). Karin and Nagato ARE Uzumaki, according to Kabuto in the manga. So, yes, they are related by blood.

More OT, Naruto probably wont ever find out about Karin or Nagato. It might happen in a one-shot, or an anime filler arc, but I doubt it.

If he did, I bet he would be really exited. I can see him being all "WHAAAAA?!? You're Uzumaki?" *gets up in her face, looking close at her* She confirms it. "Thats so great!" *gives her a big crazy hug*

He'd probably treat her like a sister, from then on. Remember that this is a kid who grew up with NO family, so even distant relatives would be a big deal to him.
