His will/haki is supposedly very strong. It makes people around him like him eventually through his determination to get a statement or action through a person.

Also, i can see him using two. Each in one hand, as his got two black poles at the moment. It'll be waaay stronger than Obito's.

Obito's soul/will was weak. Waah waaah kakashi killed a girl i liked which didnt like me back XD

I personally think its more likely that we will see this sword again, but wielded by a Susano'o based of its size. Though that doesn't mean Sasuke will be the one to wield it, or Naruto for that matter. Naruto has a strong will, no doubt but Sasuke's will is just as strong and they both have the ability to wield the sword in all sense.
