They Should.

Naruto would tell those close to him most likely and then they might tell others. Usually, Naruto doesn't hold things that affect others unless told to do so like when Kakashi and Yamato told him not to say anything about the truth of Itachi without them doing proper investigation. I see Naruto telling Kakashi, Bee, and the Kages. Sasuke would probably talk about it to further his goals of creating a new system in his image.

Naruto would tell the story as he heard it from the Sage. Sasuke's way of explaining things would be different than Naruto's, he would make it more like it was the Sage's fault just like he made what Hashirama told him the Hokage's fault.
