The only reason NaLu moments are "spammed" is because Lucy is a main character. Lisanna being better for Natsu is my preference. I see her as a better fit for Natsu as she compliments him. Lucy is too much like Natsu. They're both loud and exuberant. Lisanna is a calm individual and they had chemistry when they were younger. Her death hit him just as hard if not harder than Lisanna's actual family. It is the author's choice, but Lisanna's character seems to have been neglected since she has come back. You can't seriously tell me someone who you mourned, who gets you depressed thinking of their "death"... Said person wouldn't interact with you? Natsu should have been all over Lisanna asking how it's been and discussing various things. The author forces NaLu if anything. And NaLu only dominates in certain places. On *************, NaLi is more popular, which is the same as ************** and NF.
The NaruHina-esque factor is prominent in NaLi as well.

But worldwide and in Japan NaLu dominates by a large margin, actually overall even GrayLu is more popular than NaLi
But it never really showed Natsu mourning more than anyone else in the guild, the grave he built was filler and in general every moment from their past other than the omake was filler
How is NaLu forced if they are by far the closest to eachother, since the beginning they spent most of their time together, they have much more moments than any other pairing, have you ever seen Lucy smile to Natsu, Lucy is the only girl Natsu showed attrqction towards they are best friends, go on almost every mission together, Natsu practically lives in Lucys house... Being similar isnt a bad thing I work at a university, love to read, love manga, ... Do you think being to someone totally diferent than myself (say someone who hates reading, dislikes manga, likes to party every night, ...) is a good thing or would I get better along with someone who is similar to me?
If you prefer NaLi I dont really care but you cant just say Mashima is forcing NaLu, if anything at this point NaLi would be forcing it since NaLu was developing since ch. 1 but NaLi only had ch. 55 and that was it
Ofc Mashima neglects Lisanna in comparison to many other more important chracters, he never even wanted to bring her back
Also you simply cant deny that at this point in the manga NaLu is more or less canon and that it does in fact make sense and that Hiro does qctually prefer NaLu to NaLi, also in order for NaLi to happen Hiro would have to contradict what he has been building for hundreds of chapters now between NaLu
Though its tru that if Lucys charcter was never made and Hiro build on NaLi after she came back they could be quite a nice pair, but NaLu is a wall NaLi simply cant climb over anymore at this point
