Someone just cropped those images together based on the one diamond on their forehead. Indra and Kimmimaru both have odd shaped eyebrow marks that doesn't make them related.

Tsunade fans definitely don't want her to appear, because if Mito appears, Tsunade's feat of 'creating/inventing' the yin seal/byakugo will be officially debunked. It's obvious given the diamond on the forehead since Mito appeared, and Sakura just proved that the diamond is the yin seal when she finally activated it. Mito having it on her forehead proves that Tsunade copied Mito's technique just like how Minato copied Tobirama's technique. Many Tsunade fans would be crushed by Mito getting some screen time, it is their worst nightmare, so don't be surprised if you see many members dismissing your thread and calling Mito useless/irrelevant/unneccessary etc etc.

The yin seal is just a seal ,but the byakugou is what tsunade created and no one has other than her (and sakura) .
