Will Makarov welcome Laxus back?

After Fairy Tail 249 it seemed that Makarov was really giving Laxus a hard time for even stepping foot on the island while he was in exile. So do you think Makarov will welcome Laxus back into Fairy Tail or continue his exile?

Hey guys, check the date the thread was started. It was made in September (Manga 249, 15 chapters ago) long before the time skip and everything else happened. Long before Gildartz was named the 5th master of Fairy Tail and reinstated Laxus.
