Will Madara's trump card be successful?

I still get the vibe that Madara is a great threat, but do you think that his trump card will work and the tables will turn towards his favour? Or will Obito anticipate too early and end Madara before he completes and establishes his secret weapon?

Who knows. What I am sure about is that Madara will not somehow become the Juubi's Jinchuuriki in Obito's place. That won't happen.

And, even if the trump card is succesful, that doesn't necessarily mean Obito will be beaten through it.

I have honestly never seen a show/movie/book that presents a potential problem, and it didn't happen. So I believe that Madara's plan will work, and so will Obito's.

Surely if Kishimoto really wanted to surprise us he wouldn't of told us about the "Trump Card" until Madara actually used it. Now that we know about it - most people are assuming that it will work when he does eventually use it, but I don't think so. That's the obvious answer, and it may seem underwhelming if it actually works since we've known about his trump card before hand.
