Will Madara used the Seal

Obito said that the rikudo developed a seal to be the jinchuuriki of the ten-tails
and that it's quietly being passed down, i think it's safe to say that it was passed down the uzumaki clan
obito then says that he will be the juubi's jinchuuriki and use the moon eye plan
i think madara was supposed to be the the juubi's jinchuuriki that's why he was supposed to be revived with rinne tensei

i think using the seal has to do with the nine names the bijuus gave to naruto

hmm that is very interesting... i think when Obito and Ao were sensing his chakra, i think that was when the other tailed beast put their chakra into naruto, and it made him different somehow.
