This makes no sense, Kuruma is the strongest but that doesn't mean Madara can summon them he would have to capture them first just like Kuruma Doubt it will be easy with the SA around...

Well it only takes one look into the bijuus eyes......if he used mass clones maybe he could control a few..... i think its possible i mean it is madara.


but it prolly wont happen
