This chapter Sasuke finally obtained a Bijuu cloak as well! Now i'm not sure if the cloak will immediately vanish leaving Sasuke unable to obtain power. Still we saw how powerful the Bijuu cloaks are when the K11 was fighting alongside Naruto. Lee was extremely fast and Hinata's palm techniques were powerful enough to defend herself from the Juubi. I wonder how strong EMS Sasuke is right now. Sure, Sasuke hasn't displayed all his full potential. Now could you imagine how powerful Amaterasu, Susanoo, and the rest of his techniques are right now! Now i'm not trying to be biased but Sasuke is an Uchiha. Given Sasuke's bloodline trait this cloak should further help Sasuke advance power-wise.
Now the question is Kishimoto hiding Sasuke's future EMS abilities and Perfect Susanoo? I'm not sure about that one. I feel that Sasuke has more to offer due to the fact that's he's a main character. At the same time, Sasuke hasn't been on the offensive. The last chapter made me wonder if Sasuke doesn't have anything else aside from his lv4 Susanoo that he used against Zetsu. If this is the case, Sasuke definitely could get a power boost thanks to Naruto and Kurama. All of us were talking about how powerful Sasuke can be with a cloak. I wonder if the cloak will help Sasuke harm Obito. Wasn't it mentioned after Naruto starting attacking the Zetsu army that his chakra is a life force? I could be ridiculous but isn't Naruto's chakra aside from SM a natural force? I could be wrong.
The only reason i'm bringing it up is because i have little understanding of the cloak. I know that it enhances your strength and abilities, but aside from it i don't have a clue. Now i mentioned before that Sasuke was acting strange:

This makes me wonder if Sasuke doesn't have any more recent power-ups from his EMS. Which means that Kishimoto might give Sasuke the Rinnegan. Now people don't want the Rinnegan because Sasuke will be a carbon copy from the same threshold. I do agree that Sasuke having Rinnegan would be boring. I'm not saying Sasuke wouldn't look cool with the Rinnegan. I'm just saying we already have so many Rinnegan users that it feels pointless to make Sasuke a wielder. At the same time, Sasuke having the Rinnegan could improve his character development and powers for the FV position or final battle. Sasuke is the eyes which means Rinnegan is the final evolution. Which also makes sense for Sasuke to have it. On the flip side, Sasuke should get the Elder Dojutsu whatever those bizarre eyes can do. Sasuke is a unique character that shouldn't be handed powers from other villains. I would feel that his character would be ruined in the process. Look at Naruto! Naruto doesn't need any of those power-ups to look strong. This is why Sasuke shouldn't be placed in the same standards of any another villain. Still it's a tough call.
Now if Sasuke doesn't have further EMS powers. What powers would you give Sasuke from the list or your own!
1- Perfect Susanoo (his powers could stimulate with the cloak giving Sasuke a new version of Susanoo)
2- Kurama's half chakra (to have an outstanding amount of chakra)
3- Elder's Dojutsu (sounds far-fetched but what the heck)
4- A new Enton ability (this most likely won't happen but who knows)
5- Time Manipulation (he seems interested in time related techniques who's to say that his sharingan can't obtain it)
6- Rinnegan (this would be too easy since Madara took so long to obtain it)
