Will kishi let Omoi keep the kiba

I am wondering since the lightning blade was first shown in the anime (which many people consider not to be "Cannon") and then they were used in the manga if since omoi was given the kiba in the anime if kishi will allow Omoi to have the kiba. I personally think it will help him a whole lot in the final fight against Obito/Madara/Juubi
