Will Kawakii actually turn evil?

Like will Jigen take over his body and that scene is really Jigen fighting Boruto not Kawakii?

It's Kawaki otherwise Burrito wouldn't be having a normal conversation with him. If the last chapter is anything to go by, then Jigen has other goals like feeding himself and the vessel to the Jyubi.
