Since Kakashi and Tobis technique are the same isnt Kakashi technically able to be "transparent" like Tobi. He can send his body parts to another dimension, he'd be unstopable..

They aren't necessarily the same, just related. If you look at the way Kamui works, you wouldn't want to send part of yourself to another dimension, you would lose that body part for good, whereas Tobi's doesn't do that. They are different eyes so it makes sense that they would have different techniques.

Each eye has a different ability, Kakashi can transport people or things to another demesion, and Tobi can transport himself and anything/anyone hes touching.

No, Kakashi didn't have that fluent control on his MS abilities as Tobi. Moreover, Kakashi's techniques drain his chakra like hell. Kakashi's technique is also a little different.

Kakashi's Kamui sends object to another dimension, and its hole is very small......so someone or something passing through it unharmed is not possible. Moreover, Kakashi's technique sends other objects to space, and tobi's technique sucks them in his sharingan.

With both eyes you can manipulate the space and time by a different way, from distance or not warping you or something in a same dimension.

And the reason is- people with this theory can't say why Tobi never doing what Kakashi can, because what Kakashi is doing it's not pointless, in other words- Tobi eye's is for defense, Kakashi's for offense

It can be even the same technique. But on entirely different level. When Kakashi after 3th time can faint, Tobi uses his s/t all the time as main weapon. And as example izanagi: compare Danzo's level with this of Tobi. I guess that touch helps Tobi warp object without damaging it. But this is all just speculations. Kakashi's Kamui technique is a space/time jutsu. It just works in a different way. The eye that Kakashi uses is long range, while tobi's is short range.

Yep Tobi has the more useful eye of obitos, they were meant to be used together to eliminate the range disadvantage of tobis eye. Take it as this one is defensive other is for attacking

One was for defense + Close range fighting and the other was for the long range opponent.
