I mean Minato told him that he should never use that jutsu again but he completed it when he got the sharingan from obito, but why does he need the sharingan for it if we see sandaime raikage and Ay using BETTER raiton attacks with their hands and none of them have the sharingan?

It wasn't experience that made minato tell kakashi not to use chidori....

He just used it to perfect raikiri at his age and exp. with it. But now he can do it without any trouble since it's already perfected
Ex.Naruto & his multi shadow clones , I'm pretty Damn sure naruto wouldn't be able to perfect Kage Bunshin ,a Jutsu that barely any Jonin knows how to do at ease and can summon more that 2,without Kurama power. But now he can use it at ease with his own chakra because he has a lot of exp. with it.

He uses the sharingan when he was younger to help him master it since he couldn't do it due to the speed,etc. I'm sure he can still us it without the sharingan.

I never got why raikiri and chidori users just activate the jutsu in plain sight of the enemy and CHARGE. Why doesn't anyone sidestep them or interrupt the seals? Why do kakashi and early sasuke think that they can casually stab someone with such an obnoxiously loud and bright jutsu? It always bugs me

Similar with Naruto case after 1st time using RasenShuriken.. Naruto complete the technique but didn't master it perfectly..

Naruto cause him damaging his own hand..
Kakshi cause him losing alot of chakra...
