I think - Instead of giving his other eye, its better if Obito gives his mokuton/hashi dna to Kakashi (for huge stamina boost).
A huge stamina boost will really help Kakashi to join top 10 at-least.

Those two eyes combined are too haxed. Kamui should never have been invented for this manga..

Sure, he could phase through a deadly attack or two, but he couldn't spam it the way Obito did.

On the other hand, if he goth both the eye AND the DNA...

Just imagine this - he can't be hit by any attack, but he can 1-hit-KO anyone he can see. That's too OP if you ask me. And that's why I highly doubt it will happen.

He would be stronger but without Senju DNA using Obito's MS ability will be a strain on him, on top of thathe isnt an Uchiha so that strain will only be lenthened.

Btw Konan showed that Obito could only maintain his MS ability for 5 Minutes, which is WITH senju DNA, one can only imagine what it would be without Senju DNA.
