He had two eyes when he transplanted it the first time, and according to itachi he handled it better than every other uchiha bar obito maddy and sasuke

If Obito couldn't even handle the one in his eye what makes you think that Kakashi can handle it. Itachi had said that even though Kakashi can use the Sharingan well but he really can't "take it" meaning that he doesn't have the energy or should I say stamina to use a sharingan also meaning that only Uchiha can actually manage the Sharingan because their bodies are only meant for it . So of course we know that a Rinnegan is far off more powerful than a Sharingan so....well you get the picture I don't need to explain more do I? If I do reply to my comment. <3 lol
