As awesome as that sounds, it won't happen. It'll just end up replacing his current sharingan. Obito has replaced his Sharingan plenty of times and hasn't unlocked EMS. So the process only works if it is a sibling's eyes.

That's what I'm not sure about haha. Maybe the eyes have gotten use to different bodies for so long, they're kind of like brother eyes.

Even in that case, there is no way for Kakashi to obtain the eternal Mangekyo Sharingan. This power is limited to people of the Uchiha.
Kakashis awakening of the Mangekyo is suspect too-if we consider the whole context of Uchihas Dōjutsu.
