Kakashi was stabbed pretty bad his vital points where hit what do you think will kakashi die or survive
It woud create great epicness and action if he woud die know but it woud also be very sad
But maybe he coud survive and kishi doesnt want to kill him like tsunade she also survived thousands of stabs with her powers

OT: Don't think Kakashi would die, especially since Tsunade was able to survive. If dismemberment isn't a fatal wound then no way in hell is a stab wound gonna kill him.
