Not really, he won't get tnjed since he knows that his goal was fake and instead of getting tnjed, he will stop Kaguya because she is doing the exact opposite of his goal, he wanted peace for everyone but she wants soldiers and everyone dead, Madara will either come back good and team up with Sasky and Nardo oooor he will troll Kaguya and take over when she is weakened.

I meant after having a big fight against Naruto, Sasuke, and the Hokages, Madara will then be sealed inside the Rikudou's tools.​
