Kabuto couldnt even take on Naruto in the Three-Tails Arc ( thats the one when the biju turtle was hiding in the lake) ,back before he had Orochimaru's power so how will he take on Itachi? Less we forget Kabuto also has Orochimaru Constantly trying to take over his body from inside.

I dont want it to come to that but im sad to say that if kishi has to end up making a choice of character to kill off , it would probably be Itachi just because of the fact Itachi is technically still dead and weve seen how many dead characters (ressurected) have lasted long on the show... the answer is none

But like everyone else i doubt this fight will happen
