Hmm. It does seem like overkill atm but Kabuto also seems to be one of the biggest players in the story.

This fight is more complicated than it looks because of edo tensei otherwise its pretty straight forward.

Anyway i wouldnt be surprised if kabuto summon 2 or more madara clones.
Also kabuto still thinks sasuke is the same as when he left oro. He has no idea that he is an ems wielder xd
