Will Itachi turn on Sasuke?

While reading the manga a few weeks ago, a thought came to me. Does anybody else think that MAYBE when this fight is over Itachi will turn on sasuke because of the mind control? Sasuke has admitted to wanting to destroy the leaf, who's to say the kotoamatsukame won't force itachi to kill sasuke to protect it? Could this be one of the things itachi wants to tell sasuke after the fight? Thoughts?

I always thought this. While Itachi is in Edo form and under his own Kota Amatsukami of "protect the leaf village", what would happen if Sasuke tried to attack Konoha? Then if KA works, then thy should fight.

I feel like if Sasuke doesn't become good again, itachi will have to fight him. Unless he disappears after Edo Tensei is stopped.

When the Edo ends, Itachi dies. No, Itachi cannot turn on Sasuke. Itachi will be dead before he has the chance.

Sasuke was the one member of the clan he could not kill. even in their other battle the point was to awaken ms in sasuke. itachi would leave it to naruto to sort out sasuke

I dont think any such thing will happen imo becoz sasuke now knows itachis intentions and moreover itachi will convince him to fight for leaf village and not against it and if sasuke doesnt understands then naruto will have to fight him not itachi

KA overrides your own beliefs though. No matter what Itachi's true feelings and beliefs are, he is forced (without even realizing it) to do whatever the order is. Which in this case, is to protect the leaf. Even against his brother.

Yes he will , to show sasuke he doesn't approve so then sasuke will really have no reason to destory konoha and since his aim will become useless it will be easier for naruto to beat him

Yea it would because itachi would be fighting to kill sasuke will see itachi go all out and it will be a good match to show sasuke power

Itachi told Sasuke that there's something he has to tell him, remember? He said he would tell him after their fight with Kabuto.

It all depends on what that is.

My point is that it doesn't matter which he values more, the KA genjutsu will force him to do whatever it's set to do.
