Chains is not an Uzumaki Tecnic. Mito did not have it. It is special onlu for some ones.

I don't know bro it's classed as a hiden, barrier, fuinn jutsu not as a kekkei genkai. Both users of it have Yin release affinity in common that seems to be the only factor necessary.

Kushina said she was special, even between the Uzumaki due her power to suprime bijus power just like Hashirama. That might be related to the chakra chains.

I've looked at it differently she had potent chakra strong enough to form chains of the strengtg to suppress kurama. But also she didn't have Yang release so that maybe unlikely as well. Both her and Karin possess Yin release (to bring form from imagination) and that is likely the chakra used to fashion the chakra into chains sort of like Susanoo is formed mind and chakra etc. I think Yin release is rare among the Uzumaki since they're Ashura descendants and have Yang release.

Anyway the databook classed it ad a Hiden, barrier, sealing jutsu and not a kekkei Genkai. Provided you have the Yin chakra you can learn it. That's the way I see it anyway.

Chakra Chains or Chakra Control but I think is the first one.
Thanks

Uzumaki sealing techniques probably weren't combative or powerful in the sense of fighting which would explain why they got killed. Had they been combative about their power and anticipated invasions they would have survived. I believe that the Uzumaki weren't as powerful as they seemed, and were killed out of an irrational fear from the other villages.

The Uchiha and Senju survived despite being clans without a village, and they were more than likely nomadic to avoid invasions of their settlements. The Uzumaki had a village, and should have been able to detect invaders and easily dispatch them. The Uzumaki weren't that strong, it's just the facts.

Unlike the Hyuga, I doubt the Uzumaki used their seals for devious or war-like means which would explain their easily avoidable demise.

A Hyuga using jutsu is definitely a sight lmao I don't think she can learn any impressive jutsu out of her gentle fist.

Though, the branch must know something about sealing techniques since they abuse their own people with them.
