Will Gaara be able to perform the iron sand jutsu..

Will Gaara be able perform the iron sand jutsus in the future? If i am not wrong it is a KG and his Dad who was the previous Kazekage could perform it.. as he had magnetic chakra..
Please correct me if i am wrong...

it is a feared jutsu. then again, if we recall the earlier gaara, everyone was also afraid of his sand jutsu... everyone who knows him anyway.
