1.) all byakugan techs are faster than elemental releases as you have to recompose your chakra and then release it all i have to do i release it as its pure chakra. also its not instant its really fast. (i love how people through that instant word around there are no instant jutsu except body flicker and its banned)

if i destroy your legs you are still free to continue your move, so i have broken no rules. and the time frame rule is gone hells took it back forever ago so stop referencing it.

3.) realistically if i can see that you are about to attack why would i sit there and let it hit me that makes no sense. byakugan has greater chakra detail than the sharingan as you begin to alter your chakra i can see the color change and know what element you are about to use.

its an incomplete and sloppy usage but it was the fastest attack that could neutralize nagashi enough to stay within the rules. the full effect would kill him but since i can not complete a full motion and can only send the chakra a few feet he gets off with only minimal damage.

it still wouldn't work b/c you are reacting plus moving the wrist like that would break a few bones and slow you down a lot so by the time you get the jutsu off the nagashi takes effect already

you see him already start the jutsu and try to move your wrist hence probably breaking a few bones
he continues with nagashi while you are in pain and try to move
he does nagashi while you focus chakra for your jutsu (which requires about a second)


so you wouldn't be able to get it off on time
