Hamura doesn't exist yet, hagaromo maybe use the kages chakra to perform rinne tensei on all the dead shinobi, and we don't know for sure if madara has turned good again to revive anyone, or even if he's alive.

And the horrifying part is that it's still very plausible. God damn it. But I'm leaning towards a hopeful "no", everyone will not get revived again.

I don't see why it wouldn't be possible. The Rinnegan seems to bend the laws of the Pure and Impure Realms by outright ignoring them entirely if you push enough chakra through them.

I don't really think that will happen.

The story that is unfolding is one about accepting reality as opposed to rejecting it when it isn't what you want.

To revive everyone who died is just a selfish rejection of the world. It's no different than choosing to subject yourself to Tsukuyomi. There are things you can do to save a person's life, and there are things you can't do. Appointing yourself as the one capable of judging death as just/unjust is a very bad idea.

I don't think everyone will be revived in the literal sense.

Perhaps they will 'live on' in some way that can be interacted with through some weird thing involving the tree - but even that is kind of sketchy.

The whole series would be pointless if everyone is revived at the end. Nothing really happened.
