As of right now and disregarding the karma seals Boruto is built similar to Kakashi or Minato. His chakra levels aren't great but his talent for jutsu is very good in comparison to the former hokages I mentioned. Although I feel Minato always had an abundance of chakra it seems that Boruto will take after Minato more than he will Naruto. Just because he has no tailed beast and is genius level talent. Outside of his family tree he is an even closer match to Kakashi. The handout dojutsu with three chakra natures and mediocre chakra reserves. There is nothing saying that he won't develop the body of a typical Uzumaki. If he does I would have to start comparing him to Nagato. For now he's in the Kakashi/Minato conversation.

That's a stretch considering that he's fodder without a karma seal. You're just mad because he gets the shine.

Burrito takes after his own ass pulls. They surpass prodigies and their talent. As for chakra reserves Kakashi compared Minato's to his own average reserves so the abundance argument is reach.
Kakashi is lucky to be mentioned in the same sentence as Minato. Yet somehow Boruto is a combination of their design that's all. Rapid healing is an Uzumaki thing not an asspull.

You mean Minato is lucky to be mentioned in the same sentence as Kakashi. And no rapid healing isn't an Uzumaki thing. Naruto rapidly heals because of Kurama, while Karin uses an actual healing jutsu. Kushina and Nagato don't have one and have never shown one either.

Minato was more skilled and all around better than Kakashi. It's not even a knock on Kakashi it's just the truth. Their level of skill at a young age was higher than Boruto's. But Boruto has taken down more powerful enemies. Naruto was like that but it was obvious why. There was no obvious reason why he was able to take down Momoshiki you just have to accept that there is something inside of him that definitely powerful. It doesn't appear to have anything to do with his chakra although he does have three chakra natures. It doesn't seem to have anything to do with skill yet he learned rasengan in two days and added a chakra nature to it. He isn't just any run of the mill Uzumaki I expect him to have a naturally fast healing rate. I wouldn't be surprised if he had tailed beast levels of chakra next chapter. The Byakugan activation could have triggered rapid growth of his attributes. I'm sure it pushes his body to the limit. Plus the karma seal resonance. Yeah im thinking he will get a significant boost really soon. He's an even more powerful existence than Momoshiki without a karma seal.

No he wasn't, Minato was a one trick pony who relied on a jutsu he knocked off from the second Hokage. Kakashi was way above his level as a kid reaching Jonin at 12 or 13. Boruto should never have been in that battle, he took down Momoshiki because Momoshiki is ass and plot demanded he do it. The little Burrito couldn't even form a rasengan, yet was magically able to handle a mega rasengan. That's bad writing right there. Heck he even ass pulled one, breaking the plot rules and added a nature to it without training the nature (worse writing). Boruto is less than a run of the mill Uzumaki, which is why the healing was ass pulled for him and attributed to association with Momoshiki. However, Momoshiki never had healing which shows Kodachi is a trash ass writer. If the healing is put down to his real daddy (Kurama), then it's understandable.

The healing doesn't need to come from Momoshiki to be legit. It was probably passed down from Naruto. Boruto had already mastered rasengan and that's why Sasuke chose him for such a dangerous mission. Do you think young Kakashi could have handled that mission? Let's not bash Kodachi he is doing a great job with balancing the action and suspense. The way Momoshiki awakened was pretty epic. Ironically he used the same jutsu that killed him to kill Boro. Its little things like that add layers to the story. Your criticisms of Boruto are based on the old meta there is no other character to compare him to. No one has had the amount of anticipation and expectation that rests on his shoulders. He just saved Naruto again! Let that sink in for a minute... He just saved the greatest shinobi of his generation for the second time... Lord Boruto at your service brah.

Pure fanfic, man. Naruto never had a latent healing ability it comes from Kurama. And Burrito never mastered the rasengan, which is why he resorted to cheating to try and convince Sasuke. He ass pull fused the rasengan with an lent without ever training the element or trying. That's an ass pull of the highest degree. Even then that jutsu was pathetic it couldn't even put a hole in a tree. Sasuke too him, because plot demanded it. And no Burrito never saved Naruto, Sarada blitzed Boro, who was holding back from killing Burrito. Tbh, Kawaki, Mitsuki and Sarada were the o ly legitimately relevant characters that arc. Then in comes Momoshiki via random ass pull to save Burrito. Naruto isn't the greatest shinobi of that generation, Naruro is the farthest thing from a ninja. The greatest ninja of that time would be Itachi, he embodies the spirit of a ninja. There's a reason both Naruto and Sasuke where d riding him before vote 2.
