That's only solving half the problem.. Naruto is a perfect Jin of the strongest Bijuu with all kind of KKG and elements and FRS.

Right? Unless that left eye is some kind of hack Byakugan, but even then... that's still like 15% there given what the Byakugan (and the Shit-senigan) have showed compared to Naruto. Even base Naruto curb-stomped Toneri with a focused hand attack.

Sigh. Unless these Rikudou seals draw power from the 10 Tails or like something Kaguya-enforced, I don't see them matching up either. Highest I can see is maybe BM level at best. Stretching at BSM Naruto/PS Sasuke depending on how strong their bases are without the seals.

Like if Kawaki is as strong as Hebi Sasuke/SM Naruto in Base, then with the seal activated I can see like KCM/BM level.

I don't see why not, Sasuke under Kakashi jumped to lee'so level without weights and after 3 years with orochimaru he'said grown to kage level and after becoming an adult, he is on par with adult RSM Naruto with one arm.

If Sasuke trains Boruto the right way, he might just reach a new level, there's no limit to the possibilities, lightning chakra mode, light weight jutsu, dust release, 8 gates, FTG, SM, weapons and even hidden techniques all are not rikudo or KKG techniques but can be taught to and used by anyone with the appropriate requirements and they're all pretty deadly even among top teirs.
