Will Boruto Surpass Naruto?

Ever since Bourto was introduced to the series, there has been this question which is, can he or will he surpass Naruto. First of all Boruto in my opinion will never surpass him simply because Naruto is just on another level because he has the most powerful chakra and has various abilities which him make one of if not the strongest in the world.

However there has been this saying in Naruto where the future generations will always surpass the previous, but will it come true in the Boruto Manga, I honestly cannot picture it, unless some kind of asspull happens where Boruto gains Kurama or Tenseigan which will not happen because its just stupid.

I reckon Boruto will become as stronger if not stronger that Sage Mode Naruto, but it all depends on how the author is going to go about it. Boruto does have this crest which supposedly has some kind of power, but we don't know yet. If he does surpass Naruto in the Manga, then I call BS because we have had Naruto for over decade, so just having someone who has been around only like 1 or 2 years surpass will be crap.

But if he surpasses Naruto in a way which feels understandable and realistic then I would not mind, we will have to wait and see.

What do you think, will he surpass Naruto or not, if he does how can he?

I can agree with he will never reach naruto or sasuke in power, but he won't surpass Naruto's use of Rasengan.

I agree, no matter how much time Boruto has to train he cannot possibly gain power like Naruto and Sasuke.
