It would be funny someone accidentally digs him up it would be funny hes still been cursing shikamaru. Kind of wished to know more about his religion and religion in naruto verse.

No Kabuto never did that at least to my knowledge, apparently he was immortal so they couldn't kill him only seal him away underground.
I thought that his faith was inspired by Pain and those rods was the trick that gave him like life force and so since Pain died he would too but I think Kishi said in some interview that he could still be alive so I don't know.
