I think Belamy could be when everyone learns Lucy is Luffy. But Luffy will own Belamy again & I think in an even more devastating way.

I hope Bellamy charges at Lucy (still in disguise) like he did in Jaya. Then Luffy says something like 'I still know how to throw a punch' or lifts up his glasses just enough for Bellamy that he is screwed and gets punched exactly the same way.

Or else I want Bellamy to knock himself out against a Haki hardened Luffy without throwing a punch.

Don't see any way how Bellamy can improved enough to be a challenge for Luffy.

Just because you have more scars doesn't mean your stronger. Think about the gap in power they had before, how is bellamy going to overlap luffy in power or training when he was always beneath luffy. Heck, they might not even show him, he already has a devil fruit.

When the hell did I say he will beat Luffy? He might not even get to fight Luffy

I dont think Oda would bring him back in the story if he was just there to be fodder.
