I really don't think we will see the rescue or how he was.
The war will end, everyone's celebrating then yamato appears.
Naruto asks what happened and he simply says. . I was raped.
Nah, he will just say he was used for hashis DNA.

Yamato is one of my favourite characters but the fact that he's been out of the picture for so long is just lame.
I was expecting Yamato to be Orochimaru/Kabuto's trump card and the First Hokage to be revived through him. Or maybe even Yamato is given the powers of Hashirama, would've been a brilliant surprise and game changer but now Oro reanimated the Hokages (sadly) that seems unlikely.
I love Yamato but I couldn't care less what happens to him next.

Given that Yamato, Kabuto, and Anko are in the same area, Kabuto will find his true self, wake up Anko, and save Yamato. Then they will proceed to track down Orochimaru and defeat him.

I think he's not of any use to Obito anymore.. now that the Zetsus are already done.. maybe he'll be rescued .. i assume he's low on chakra but not dead yet.. absorbs chakra from the living clone or something.. lol
