We all know that in the past Bartholomew Kuma was friend with Emporio Ivankov and Dragon, but marines erased his memory.Is there a possibility that kuma will get back his memory in right time ?

I think he will still have his brain left untouched and as long as it's there he should be able to get back to his true self. If he's a complete robot there's no chance he could return.
