Naruto and Sasuke were able to accept one another which ended the Asura and Indra feud which would stop the Reincarnations.

Also if Sasuke were to have died at the VOTE then that would also stopped the feud since there would be no more Uchiha for Indra to reincarnate into.

The acceptance ended the feud by sasuke and naruto are still the transmigration. They are the last of the descendants. Plus if you read the last page of manga 699 it states the beings entrusted with hope which clearly means they are transmigrations.
