Will AMD FX-4300 bottleneck R9 270X Graphic card?

Going into more detail i was wondering whenever
AMD FX-4300 Vishera 3.8Ghz (4.0Ghz) Quadcore, will bottleneck the Sapphire DUAL-X Radeon R9 270X 2GB GDDR5 OC
or do you think it will be okay?

No, but you may still want to get a 6300 for games with 6 core support in the future. Most games now support quad cores. The card will not be bottlenecked until you reach a game with 6 core support really.

If you're going to stick with that chip. I suggest you pick up a hyper 212 evo and over clock it to 4.5ghz. The FX series are very durable chips. I got mine to 5.0ghz and the motherboard failed before the chip did.
