Like others, you're saying what was said before further info was given out. Perfect Jinchuurikis weren't a thing at that time and when it was it said they were immune because they can break out easily. Genjutsus take place in the mind, Bijuus and the host minds are connected and the Bijuu can pull the host or the host can decide to go to the Bijuu whenever and time has been shown to vary in that area since Naruto has been shown having whole convos yet still in battle.

Perfect Jinchuurikis could just use the Bijuus chakra themselves which gives them a huge chakra boost, thus disrupting their chakra flow as Sasuke did with his CM; he used it in his mind and broke out. Don't know why people don't get that a Doujutsus isn't like a summoning contract that requires blood, only thing that makes it better than other genjutsus is that it happens in a sec in the real world but Bijuus are in the Jinchuuriki so they would be in the time gap as well.

OT: This has been demonstrated by Killer Bee, who had Hachibi free him from Genjutsu against Sasuke and Itachi. Unless the Sharingan user puts the Bijuu into Genjutsu first, the Genjutsu becomes useless.​
