Wich shinobis can counter kakashi's kamui?

I just saw in a thread that kakashi can solo gedo mazo, so i tought, "oh, it's more OP than i tought" , so could you name wich shinobis can counter kakashi's kamui and why?

I think of: Obito, Minato, A, Naruto, Itachi....

Well, considering Kakashi is basically a noob with his Kamui unlike Obito (Who got trolled by Minato) I don't think he could beat Minato at this point in time. A lot could actually counter his jutsu, if you're fast

-Just being fast isn't enough. Without knowing the tech many characters will fall victim to the attack. Also Kakashi's Kamui is almost instant know so that makes it difficult for most ninjas.
The following who could dodge IMO:

-Obito
-Naruto

And Kakashi still has potential to catch them. It seems as if Kakashi's Kamui is faster than Obito since Kakashi's seems to be more attacked based and distanced.

Anyone really. Think about it, all you need to do is mess up aim or his line of sight. Basically what A did to Sasuke when he shot the ameterasu at him. The only thing is it's quite hard to predict it's coming and Kakshi has gotten quite skilled with it.

It appears obito's left mangekyo(one kakashi has) is probably the base kamui. Just a black hole you set on someone like amaterasu, and the right mangekyo manipulated kamui so that's probably how he warps himself and others but he can't warp over distance. Who knows. Different eyes

Well since Kakashi advanced a lot in his kamui usage I believe that someone has to be very fast (Naruto,A etc) or have an S/T to counter that.
On the other hand since Kakashi can't spam kamui,he only used it when he is sure for the result,so he wouldn't waste an effort on someone who can counter it.
