Rock Lee, he can be a good guy without having a Mary-Sueish character; he even said Gaara that he did not hold any grudges against him, also he is trying to help his comrades most of the time even he is sort of incapable (Lee vs Kimimaro).

Defiantly Gaara. His father had lady chiyo put the shukaku in him so he could use his own son as a weapon. he didn't know this at first so gaara was always lonely unlike Naruto where he was lonely for only like 6 years of his life but Gaara was lonely for his whole life till he met Naruto. and he was also told his mother never loved him and that she thought he was a monster. I just love gaara so much and think he deservied better I mean look at him He started out as a nobody that everybody hated and is now a badass Kazekage
