Wich characters fits for the description?

Minato, Itachi, and Hashirama are really the only 3 I can think of that fit this description.

he cared for the village, & also concluded that Tobi shouldn't be spared as he'll become a bigger threat than the nine tails.
no doubt he was intelligent & calm/serious

I'm sure he's not the only one......maybe the more knowledge guys would write the names of characters which might have got les screen time,but fit the description

Kakashi and Darui perfectly match that description, there are surely others but they fit perfectly as is so I'm just going to stick with them.

EDIT: Gaara is also a fairly good match but since Naruto had his talk with him he seems like he may spare some people.

I wanna say Itachi, but I kinda feel he doesn't want to kill Kabuto even if he stops Edo Tensei.

Kakashi loses his calmness when he's face to face with someone strong.
