Why'd the second hokage create random techniques

Hashirama was the uniter, Hiruzen was the professor, Minato was the Savior and Tobirama was the inventor. Most likely he created FTG to bypass the sharingan and edo tensei and shadow clones for military and stealth purposes.

He created Hiraishin for multiple reasons, but it needs better reasoning to why he made it.

FTG was made to counter the Sharingan as well, the Sharingan can read movements but you can't read what is instant so FTG was probably made so that his movements would not be so easily predicted.

As for ET, besides the whole clearing the battlefield thing, he probably made it so that he would lose less comrades. Why lose people in battle when you can raise the dead to assist you in fights?
