Nevermind bijuu chakra and Gudodama, why hasn't Naruto used even a single rasengan or rasenshuriken after 700?

Although father/son rasengan was epic, I'm not including that.

As for sasuke, why hasn't he used any rinnegan abilities since vote? Excluding ameno. I guess kishi said screw it, they need to be nerfed. Its understandable, after kaguya there were no more uber threats. Other than themselves, Naruto and sausage are simply beyond anyone else. ​

He was using some dark colored chakra in the Boruto movie. At first I thought it was dark chidori but in not sure anymore.

it was only naruto that was nerfed,in fact sasuke improved greatly as an adult,he didn't use much of his dojutsu in the movie probably because he was low on chakra and genjutsu negs.I think kishi didn't show sasuke using his dojutsu because he wanted to show how much he had improved in speed,strength and taijutsu without relying too much on his eyes like he did in the manga.
