How come everytime someone sees or assumes something in naruto that they dislike they call it plot no just but doesn't every story have plot?

Plot no jutsu is defined differently around here than the normal word "plot". Yes, plot is in every story but plot no jutsu refers to when the writer has seemingly written himself into what appears to be a hole and does something that seems random in order to get himself out of that hole. Plot no jutsu and plot are not the around here.

example:

Sasuke: Oh no I'm out of chakra and C0 is about to explode in 1 second..

*summons Manda* (Boss summon, needs moderate/high level of chakra)

*Genjutsu's him and gets inside*

*Manda tanks blast somehow*

Suigetsu summons Manda and Sasuke comes out of it's mouth in one piece.
