Why does Naruto get a cloak when he goes into Sage Mode?

Did the toads just decide to knit him a random cloak? :|

You know, I've always wondered that. And when he gets out of it, it just magically disappears. I'm assuming it just comes with the power up. Similar to Salior Moon transformations, facial markings in SM, CM, and other jutsu, Shonen trasformations, et cetera.

Cuz without it he's just a blonde in a orange jumpsuit. That's not as badass as a cloak and a scroll with an orange jumpsuit.

That only happened during the Blood Prison movie. When Naruto went SM while looking for Pein and Sasuke, no cloak appeared.

To be fair, that jumpsuit was seriously getting on people's nerves. Kishi needed a change.

The real question, however, is why didn't Naruto adapt cloaks into his style afterwards.

If you see picture of seju ancestor the cloak is around him too, and it is related to sage mode..It formed only in those occasions when Naruto absorbed higher amount of natural energy, and after maintaining the balance, the remaining energy took the form of cloak, and now why it disappeared?? Then Naruto's chakra control increased, making him to absorb only specific amount of natural energy without any waste...
