What I like to know is that why is there no new manga?

Wait until tomorrow. It's usually always released on a Wednesday.
There are times where the release is early (on a Tuesday), but don't get your hopes up for constant early releases every week. xd

because its Tuesday and we only get it on Tuesday if we're really lucky so we make fo with early wednesday most of the time which is amazing
