I was wondering why there was a thread about girl who killed herself for stupidest reason ever and yet no one said anything about girl who stood up to Taliban and was shot point blank in the head by Taliban:shrug:

Probably because she wasn't american and didn't have facebook nor youtube ...

As far as I know, they shot her and she was in a critical way because she dared to write on her blog how girls were treated back there...

pretty simple answer.....that thread about amanda todd was not about this woman so why would anyone duscuss this woman in a thread in dedication of amanda todd

He meant why was a thread not made about this before the amanda todd incident. Considering this happened before the **** offed herself.

Meh, you assume everyone does that and even if it wasn't on any of that, it's impossible to talk about EVERY disaster, accident, death out there.

Yes it is impossible to talk about them all. Yet An hero was a big hit. Mainly because she has a YouTube video and Facebook page. There are much worse things happening, this story included. Yet Amanda is hogging the lime light, may as well not talk about anyone really.

The girl stood up for what she believed in and that deserves respect in itself. I won't be posting anymore.

There is category of news that usually get posted and discussed on forums...

One was weak and stupid another was smart and heroic.. only problem was...
